Ken Patterson - President
Ken is the company’s founder and current President. He has over 25 years in the electronics and technology sectors. While he was building KCMS, he spent 11 years in education teaching physics and later entered the private sector spending 17 years in project management, telecommunications, and information technology.
After retiring from private industry, he accepted a position as a professor of Information Technology at Morrisville State College. He is one of the co-founders and member of the Board Of Directors of the Morrisville State College Entrepreneurship Institute (MSCEI), which allows students to develop business expereince in "real world" organizations.
Ken holds a BS in Physics from State University of New York and an MBA from LeMoyne College. He is also a retired Commander with the United States Navy.
Jeremy Patterson - VP of Technical Operations
Jeremy is responsible for leading the technical operations for KCMS. With a hands-on attitude, he is personally familiar with all KCMS clients. He has accumulated over 10 years of specialization in application software development, system administration, network and data operations.
He holds numerous certifications such as:
- Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) (Windows NT/2000/2003)
- Microsoft Certified System Administrator (MCSA) (2000/2003)
- Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA)
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD)

Prior to KCMS, Jeremy held a private sector postion in network security. He later went on to work as the Lead Information Technology Instructor for a national IT certifications company.
Jeremy holds a BS in Information Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
Andrew Patterson - VP Sales & Marketing
Andrew Patterson is responsible for leading the company’s sales/marketing efforts and overall company growth. He is responsible for all sales transactions, new business development, marketing/advertising, and market penetration. Andrew has over 12 years of sales, marketing, and business consulting experience in the high-tech industry.
Prior to KCMS, Andrew spent over 8 years in Boston, MA working for high-tech organizations such as Lightbridge Inc, Firepond Inc, and PCi Corporation where he helped provide IT solutions for various Fortune 500 organizations.
Andrew holds a BS in Business Administration from LeMoyne College and an MBA from the FW Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College.
